Service Description

Initial consultation will review medical history, medications, labs, and other relevant studies. Focusing on your personal health problems, we will take an in-depth look at behaviors which contribute to those problems. We also examine the reasons certain behaviors developed and evaluate your readiness to change. Collaboration between physician and patient will be essential as you set goals for your path to wellness.
