Service Description

Change takes time, courage, and determination. The struggle is real! We need both knowledge and life skills to implement that knowledge. My aim is to provide you with the information you need so you can set appropriate goals. We also identify strategies to overcome barriers to meet those goals. It can be easy to become discouraged and lose focus, so continued visits help keep you on track, preventing relapse, and building self-efficacy. Follow up visits are 30-60 minutes, depending on your particular challenges. In-person visits are held at Strata Integrated Wellness, 3314 Mesa Road in Colorado Springs.
